I’ll admit I almost didn’t try Himritva’s Multifloral Honey because it looked much more runny than the thick honey I’m used to. But once I finally ordered it, I was pleasantly surprised - it’s fresh, floral, naturally sweet, and has none of that overly processed taste I associate with many commercial honeys. I’ve been using it in tea, smoothies and pretty much anywhere I’d normally use sugar. It is definitely more pourable, but it isn’t watery, so don’t let the consistency fool you. A genuinely lovely honey, and a very happy discovery!
